that its the top left corner : C2 Ceramide.
What are ceramides?
Ceramides are Proteins.
Family of lipid molecules.
Formed by sphingosine and a fatty acid.
Can
act
as signaling molecules.
Not soulble to water
Located in membranes, which they contribute in raft forms (look at picture)
Shaped as key intermediates in the biosynthesis of all complex sphingolipids.
Related to phosphate,sphingosine,carbohydrate.
